& The Lord said there shall be a ELK!

It is official I'm the wife who thought the day would be long in the future, little did I know how wrong I was. It is here he shot a 6 point Wed. eve & took Beau, Gary & Travis ALL day Thursday getting it up the Mountain. I think they have never had so much fun in there life. No they hated the drag out, & the 10 mile hikes every day but I believe it was there funnest hunt yet! Gary got his on Mon morning & we were able to come home 2 days early! so glad it is so cold here I can only imagine how cold it would be in the mountain. Well I guess in about 6 mos or so I will have a head on my wall, It is a 6 point bull ELK! huge! I guess the taxidermy guy said prob a 330 but we will know for sure in a few days when he fully's measures it. here is a ton of pics! we had a ball thanks to Beau & Shay coming down to help! Yes he is Travis was able to experience a once in a lifetime weekend He took a private jet to Dallas hit the Dallas game Sun. night opening of the new field, box suite tickets! here is some pic's before the batteries died!

Lazy

Well I was being lazy watching a show down stairs & Kehlden was eating lunch I came up cuz it had bee a little bit this is what I saw, guess he was pooped! SO cute! & his best friend SPOTTY the turtle I have had a few req. to see him especially cuz some people 1 dont believe Id own a animal & 2nd Its a freeking turtle!

well Im a week late but better now then later right?

WE had a great time Kehlden Loved his life. We started out first Fri night the day before so dad could go ELK scouting, So... yea all about dad j/k. so then Sat we had Soccer games, him & Braeden then we went to Mc Donald's then the Aquestrian center he loves the fishies so thats what we chose to do for him! just in case you cant tell Its a Rocket cake from the little Einstiens so DO not judge I know Its not the best, but he love it so Its ok.

Laboy Day

Well surprised we went camping......... Oh my I am a girl that does enjoy camping but WE have been a whole lot! due to Travis drawing out for this limited ELK hunt. But we had a great time, just really getting sick of laundry & living out of a put up bed. We found this great camping spot but not a fireplace there so Braeden my little camper built us one what a great job he did we were SO proud! & he loved that he built it all by his self to see him so proud was awesome!
